Amongst the hot-ass wagons that aren’t obtainable here, Audi’s RS6 Avant ranks proper up there with the Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG Shooting Brake and sundry historical BMW M5 Touring models. Now, according to GTSpirit, a U.K. dealer leaked information that indicates the RS6 is about to get even more undesirable-ass.
That is due to the fact Audi seems to be ready to drop an RS6 “Plus” Avant, powered by a burlier version of the normal car’s twin-turbocharged 4.-liter V-7 Power will stand at a stout 600 horsepower, up from 560 in the normal RS6. (We get the identical engine and upgraded chassis in our RS7.)
According to the report, the British Audi dealer posted an image and some particulars of the vehicle on-line. The components were quickly pulled down, but not before someone captured a screengrab containing a frontal image of the vehicle and the accompanying caption: “The RS6 Plus is the most current of Audi’s spectacular RS ‘Plus’ models, providing even higher efficiency and agility than the common RS6—on or off the track. The RS6 Avant Plus utilizes a tuned version of the 4.-litre V-8 TFSI RS6 engine which produces 600 hp—40 much more than the RS6.”
Based on the image, it does not seem that the Plus will modify considerably visually. Unfortunately, like the typical RS6 Avant—no sedan is available—it won’t be coming to the United States. Terrible, proper?
