Here’s some thing you do not see each day, a velvet wrapped Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe spotted by our guy Shmee1500 on YouTube. As he rolls around the back of the vehicle, the velvet seems to look a bit low cost if you ask us, but nonetheless has you wanting to touch it.
