As a modest organization – particularly a begin-up of just a handful of men and women – fixed overhead charges can be crippling. The combined expense of rent, utilities and insurances can be enough to avert some vibrant concepts obtaining off the ground.
Steep costs in the set-up phase is an problem that St George Bank is assisting to alleviate for some new SMEs with the launch of a cost-free, complete-service office space in Perth CBD for up to 20 men and women at a time.
The Perth Business Hub is a co-operating atmosphere fitted out with Wi-Fi, tablets, meeting rooms, telephones, printers, stationary, every day newspapers and a kitchenette so SMEs have the capacity to establish and develop their operation, at no expense. It is a service that will no doubt be appreciated by regional SMEs, and the Perth Enterprise Hub is the subsequent expansion in a concept that was 1st rolled out in Chatswood in January 2014.

Q: With regards to the Chatswood knowledge, are there particular industries more likely to use the Hub?
A: The Chatswood Organization Hub has proven to be an outstanding success, with the Hub often booked to capacity and more than 4,000 customers taking advantage of the facilities given that it opened. It attracts all sorts of industries from style to finance. It’s specifically well-known with digital and information technology organizations such as web designers and IT consultants.
