Insurance to Pay Right after North Dakota Senior Drives By way of Fresh Cement

A road construction company says it will have to redo 50 feet of concrete on a Fargo street following a 78-year-old woman drove by means of fresh cement.

The accident happened in a building zone near 25th Street and Interstate 94. Authorities say the lady became confused and drove her auto via 12 inches of wet cement till she got stuck.

KFGO radio reports that the woman will not be cited but her insurance firm will pick up the tab for replacing the concrete.

Damage is estimated to be $ 10,000.
